Big spacious rooms came in handy after a long trek, with comfortable arrangements like a fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. The lobby sports a cozy design and features an on-site restaurant.

Getting in was a bit of a hassle since the signage is low and not obvious when approaching. I had several complications with room cleanliness-walking into a dirty room full of trash isn't the highlight of my stay, nor is taking a long time to finally get hot water in the shower. The overall condition of the rooms felt dated. Scuffed bathtubs and unfriendly bathroom doors left me wishing for more attention to detail.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was very large, with fridge and sink. Extremely comfortable. Pillows were too soft but such a minor thing. Overall, our stay was excellent and staff was very friendly.

Clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be adjacent to Santee and the restaurant thanks to favourable location. The rooms were great-sized and equipped with a king bed, full menu and fridge.

The check-in process started off rough. The front desk staff didn't greet me and seemed annoyed when I asked for clarification on my reservation. The room had down pillows, but I'm allergic. I've never encountered that in a hotel before. The restaurant offered a nice menu, although I had to adjust my expectations because of a specific drink policy. I found the staff at the restaurant to be friendly and accommodating, especially the chef who helped direct me to another spot for a drink. The room itself felt a bit dingy but was otherwise okay for a quick stay. I appreciated the indoor pool, though it was a bit chilly for my taste. The overall upkeep could use some attention, especially in terms of cleanliness.

This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when staff offered me a hot drink on a cold night. Highly recommend it! Coming back for Christmas.

I ate at a NICE restaurant for breakfast. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a writing desk were there too. Also, location was unbeatable, just a short stroll away from Santee Outlets. The staff was helpful, they care about everyone.

We enjoyed our stay with the most comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was fantastic! Kenya, in particular, went out of her way to ensure my daughter and I had everything we needed when my car wouldn't start and assisted us promptly.

My kids wished there was a pool to unwind after our long trip. The barking dogs in the hallway were quite distracting too.

Just a great fit for a weekend respite in Santee with excellent value for money. The pool area was nice but could use some improvements. Make sure to check the pool hours before your visit.

Excellent Family Getaway with Lovely Comfort!

Our family enjoyed a seamless stay! We appreciated the clean, cozy atmosphere and the bed comfort was really good. Though we didn't get details about the restaurant, it looked inviting. I recommend checking the menu upon arrival for a good dining experience.

We spent 4 nights in a queen room, and honestly, it was pretty good. The pool was nice, and the restaurant had decent food. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Just wish the room had a bit more TLC. Some walls could use a scrub, and the microwave was tiny. A solid choice!

great upgrade but maintenance needed

The location was convenient for our family. We appreciated the quick response from the management when we reported a minor issue, leading to an unexpected upgrade. The suite was spacious and comfortable.

We did notice a small leak in the ceiling that needs attention.
